- Five class card $65 ($13/ class - 2 month expiry)
- Ten class card $120 ($12/ class - 4 month expiry)
- Twenty class card $220 ($11/ class plus one FREE bonus class - 21 classes total/ 6 month expiry)
- Monthly Unlimited $130
- Restorative Yoga $20 pre-register/ $25 day of event (sorry, class cards can no longer be used for restorative sessions)
- Community Classes- $5-15 suggested donation
- 6 Week Series- $84 ($14 per class)
- Private Lessons: $60-75 per hour/ depending on instructor

Class Descriptions & General Information:
We supply mats, blocks, straps & filtered water. Please bring
you own mat if you have one. Changing room & bathroom are available
in studio.
Class Levels:
G- Gentle, slow paced class; beginners welcome
I- Moderate, fluid class; some experience recommended
II- Vigorous, challenging class; solid yoga knowledge recommended
Anusara Inspired: Based on the teachings of John Friend & Rajanaka Tantric Philosophy, every class begins with a heart-opening theme and takes students on an uplifting & challenging journey of the body, mind and spirit. Each class is grounded in the universal principles of alignment and teaches students to playfully 'flow with grace' as they align with nature and the rhythms of the universe.
Community Kirtan: Kirtan is the yogic practice of devotional call-and-response chanting in Sanskrit. An ecstatic experience of sacred vibration, collective celebration, and beautifully co-created sound-scapes, this kirtan is improvisational, spontaneous, and community-led. Anyone is welcome to lead a chant, to play drums or other musical instruments, or to simply listen. Sometimes there is dancing, sometimes people lie down and rest, and there is always chai and treats at the end.
$3-5 suggested donation/ 1st Tuesday of every month.
Kripalu: Breath, relax, feel, and allow your
heart to open in this spiritually uplifting and grounding class.
Explore the landscape of your energy, emotions and physical sensations
while both flowing through, and steadily holding, postures. Attention
is given to honoring your body and
moving from the inside out.
Community Yoga Dance: Conscious dance is a joy-inspiring synthesis of fun and frolic meets yogic consciousness, sacredness, and wholeness; it is a practice to help you thrive! We are all born into rhythm. Dance is allowing that rhythm to move and enhance our body-minds. Yoga Dance, accessible to everybody, provides the delectable pulsing music, the guidance, and the safe sacred space in which to honor, explore and delight in your birthright of movement, joy, and freedom. Yoga Dance helps you tap into, cultivate and express the multitudinous qualities of energy that constellate your being. High-spirited, groovy, sensual and meditative guided sequences are woven with focused free-form exploration in a group context to empower you express your inner power, pleasure, grace, playfulness and divine funkiness. In this expansive and connecting class, we come into a sweeter and deeper relationship with our bodies, our emotions, our awareness, our imaginations, and our larger Self, which inherently activates our base state of bliss. You will leave feeling vibrantly alive, sweaty, and strongly connected. No dance or yoga experience needed!
Morning Yoga: Although not labeled as such, these classes are Anusara-Influenced. Please see the Anusara-Inspired description above. Anusara-Inspired teachers need a certain number of hours before they can officially call themselves Anusara-Inspired. Come join us for these inspirational & uplifting classes taught by skilled teachers who have many hours of Anusara Training. Enjoy precise, detailed alignement instructions combined with heart-oriented themes.
Pre-Natal: Come celebrate this sacred time with other Mammas-to-be in a supportive atmosphere. Move, stretch and breath your way into a healthy birth and motherhood. Ease common discomforts including hip pain, nausea, lower back pain, and more. All levels welcome!
Restorative: Relax into bliss in this deeply nurturing class while being fully supported by blankets, props, and pillows. No effort necessary. Restorative Yoga is offered one sunday per month from 6-8 pm and great for those wanting deep relaxation, healing and rejuvenation.
Pre-registration is highly recommended.

Vinyasa/Flow: Postures are linked by breath
in this fluid, rhythmic and high- energy class. Move, sweat,
breathe and play as you explore a skillfully sequenced series
of poses & variations on Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar),
grounded deeply in the ocean (ujjayi) breath. Feel free to take
this challenging class at your own unique pace.
