We will focus on svadhyaya (self-study) by tuning into breath, heart, and mind through meditation, yoga asana practice, and journaling exercises. Find Fascial Freedom with Hannah Lynn Sunday, August 30th 1:00-3:00 $25
Learn the art of therapeutic pressure and Self massage in this once-monthly Sunday class lead by Hannah Lynn, massage therapist and yoga instructor. We will learn how to use props such as: yellow fascial balls, tennis balls, rolled up yoga mats, blocks, neck supports, and other props to apply pressure in just the right way to affect positive change in your body. This is an important way to empower your self-care practice and will give you more awareness and confidence in addressing your own injuries, aches & pains, and chronic postural conditions.
