Restorative Retreat with Anjali Sunday, August 2nd 1:00-3:00 $25 Source the Exquisite Stillness and Profound Peace Within…Restorative Yoga is a gentle and healing practice for almost everybody, regardless of body type, physical limitations, age or health issues. This deeply nurturing and calming class focuses on bringing balance to the nervous and immune systems. Postures are done slowly and mindfully, on the floor, supported by props such as blankets and bolsters. Restorative Yoga is always complemented by thoughtful healing touch/assists and aromatherapy with Young Living Oils, if desired. Participants often leave a Restorative class transformed: grounded, calm, relaxed, clear and peaceful. Enjoy a mini-retreat in the sacred stillness of a Sunday afternoon. Reserve your spot here
